| Comments: |
Absolutely beautiful day on the ridge with bright sun, blue skies, mild temps, and mostly light winds. Only saw four other hikers all day, and had the summits to myself for the first time ever. Bare booted up to the hut, used microspikes from there almost to the summit of Lafayette and again from just below Haystack to well below the shining rock spur. |
