Comments
Comments: Micro spike are fine from the parking lot up to Webster (although some post holes near in the final stretch to the summit). From Webster to Jackson, the snow was softening up and I was breaking through the crust every couple of steps. I'd recommend snow shoes between Webster and Jackson / Pierce. From Pierce down the Crawford path back to 302, the trail was well compacted and spikes were more than adequate. Very small areas of ice along the whole route - manageable.
