Comments
Comments: Warm, spring conditions on the trail -- slush, slop, and a few inches of dense, soft snow, with quite a bit of open, running water on the steeps. Was glad to hit the icy areas to actually move a bit, with the light traction, versus backsliding. Took the snowmobile trail down -- much easier/faster, also given that it's closed to snowmobiles because of the sloppy conditions.

Hit quite a few pockets of warm air on the route; inversion in process, and doesn't bode well for any remaining snow.

Nice, quick hike -- saw just a few people near the parking area and afterwards had the trails and summit to ourselves.
