 Extremely pleasantly surprised with the trail conditions. Snow coverage the entire way, and no need for anything more than spikes. I’m a big fan of snowshoes, but they are absolutely useless right now with the snow depth/conditions [but important to have in the event of an emergency above treeline].
 
 Given the forecast for this week, if it stays cold as predicted, the track that’s laid down is going to be a race track. Firm and relatively smooth.
 
 Like all the other reports have said, go get it while the getting is good.
