 | Comments: |
We went counterclockwise which was steeper than going clockwise. 0.9 from the split. Make sure you check out Allan's Ledge. Hedgehog has great views of Passaconaway and much more. Continued to the East Ledges which had amazing views including Chocorua. The hike down to the split, 2.1 miles, was a gentle descent.
*If you are using Alltrails, Hedgehog is shown next to the East Ledges which is incorrect.
Trail was packed down so we only needed spikes.
We met a few people who tried to hike Potash, but could not cross the stream.
