The parking lot at the end of Starr King Road was open and accessible to cars, but the road was somewhat icy. There is a winter lot across Rt. 2 from Starr King Road. |

Well-packed trail all the way. Some sections had hard blue ice under a light layer of snow that could be slippery even with spikes. |
