we parked at the traditional winter parking pulloff across from the maple syrup homestead. You can actually drive up to the trailhead but there isn't any parking available. It's only about a half mile roadwalk to trail start. |

 | Comments: |
I used snowshoes - most efficient. Roadwalk (Pike Hill Rd) was kind of icy. Once on the trail, it was very crusty and breakable snow with soft snow underneath. Decent views from outlook just past the summit. Trail not super-well-marked in places - not really recommended to ascend unless you are comfortable trail-finding and/or bushwhacking or have done this trail many times already. Great time!!!! |
