Comments
Comments: It was a beautiful winter wonderland all day long and we used snowshoes the entire way. Light traction might have done the trick, since the snow isn’t too deep, but would have been a lot of “churning.” Thanks to the three ladies ahead of us who broke trail. The snow wasn’t deep overall, but got deeper toward the top.

Important trail note: At the end of Little River Road, the trail used to begin on the left shortly after crossing a wooden bridge. That property is now posted very clearly with no trespassing signs, and we discovered that the trail is now a little further up the private road, clearly marked with a green trail sign.
