Comments
Comments: One tough gent ahead of me broke out the trail in the morning, saw him on the way out. Nice work! Trail is well defined but not really packed, so I highly suggest snowshoes for both ease and for the sake of trail stewardship :) Lot of snow was blowing off the trees so the trail was filling back in (particularly on the north side of Oak Ridge) but it should still be visible even in the drifty spots. The glades on the west side of Parker are phenomenal on a sunny day. The summit was beautiful and had lots of fresh rabbit tracks. Passed one woman snowshoeing up Oak Ridge who was contemplating turning around, but I saw her again on the way off the summit; nice job persevering and kicking butt! I think the summit was very much worth it today
