A traverse over Franconia Ridge today, trails were mostly good but still a little bony in spots (hopefully soon to change). We put on snowshoes coming down Little Haystack towards Liberty as the new snow wasn’t quite consolidated yet. We all wore them to the lot at LW as it was the easiest thing to do. Osseo was somewhat unconsolidated and the stairs proved to be a little challenging but manageable enough. All in all a great day with a crazy undercast! |
