Comments
Comments: Looked like there were faint tracks of one barebooter from before Fridays (or maybe during) snowstorm. Still rough going with snow shoes for first climb. Lots of rocks and ice hidden under the snow. Hopefully after this week it's all covered over. Once on the ridge, things are nice-ish. Dilly was pretty good. I barebooted down the last half mile on the way back to avoid injury on the hidden rocks. My wife kept the snowshoes on and did ok, so maybe I should have too. Not really enough snow to post hole, but it needs some packing down. It's _almost_ good and I think after this week it will be a paved highway if a few people hike it. Wasn't feeling it and her feet were cold with the slow speeds of breaking, so we decided to call it shortly after the first minor peak.
