Comments
Comments: Crawford Path is the normal sidewalk. fresh light powdery snow ranged from 3 inches down low, to maybe 6ish up high. 2/3 hikers in just traction vs. snow shoes. Snowshoes absolutely necessary after Mt. Pierce to Mt. Eisenhower since the trail was barely broken. Everyone going to Ike had snowshoes save one hiker who was chewing up the trail. On the summit of Ike, it was 40 mph winds with blowing snow so goggles and face protection good to have. We did have awesome views south...other Presidentials were socked in.
