 | Comments: |
We wore snowshoes from the start. Microspikes would be ok on Nineteen Mile Brook Trail. Need snowshoes for the rest of this hike.,There is drifting on the ridge. Thank you to those in snowshoes who helped break out the trail between Zeta Pass and Carter Dome. Thank you to the Cone Demon and friends on breaking out the side slope area around Mount Height! There are some postholes on the ridge ranging from a few inches deep to a few feet deep. Snow is still soft in some sections on the ridge and would benefit from snowshoes. |
