Great day for Waumbek! The trail was nicely packed and firm all the way up to Star-King. Going across to Waumbek there was some minor drifting. Since I was the first one up there this morning I put my snowshoes on out and back across the ridge to help knock down the drifting and re-establish the trench. Towards the top of Waumbek there were alot of Moose prints in the trail and even at the summit, and they even continued down Kilkenny ridge trail??? |
