Route to South Peak was bootpacked packed powder this afternoon, as the emerging sun this afternoon did not hit much of the trail (morning was cloudy). However, with warmer temperatures forecast this week, snowshoes will be the better choice both for efficiency and not trashing the footbed. Snowpack is between one and two feet. |
