Parking lot is fairly packed down and can fit four cars comfortably. The road is icy - no problem with our AWD car, but may be tough if your car doesn’t do well in slippery conditions. |

Trail is in really nice condition! Packed down and no postholes that we noticed! We wore microspikes the whole way and felt they were sufficient - we did see some people in snowshoes, but there wasn’t a whole lot of loose snow so we didn’t pop ours on [you don't need loose snow to justify snowshoes!]. Quintessential winter hiking conditions! |
