Final stretch of road is currently ice, and parking area is packed snow. Could become a mess at the end of the week. |

A few new postholes have been installed by recent Microspikers, but otherwise the trail is still holding up fairly well and there hasn't been too much snow less yet. Some spring snow in the sun this afternoon, but the trail was setting up by sunset. Snowmobile trail was spring snow/loose granular. I wore snowshoes roundtrip to maintain the nice footbed, and for the good all around traction. |
