A beautiful day on Franconia Ridge with no wind, sunny and undercast. Wore Hillsounds the entire hike with snowshoes going for the ride. Had contact crampons but did not use although some might prefer crampons on the descent of Greenleaf Trail with icy sections. Mashed potato snow descending OBP. A perfect day! |
