One duck under blow down a few tenths below the East Ledges. |

Lost a snow basket from my poles somewhere after the East Ledges, but before the trail starts to climb to the summit. Went back to find it to no avail. |

Clockwise loop - mostly very nicely packed, though side steps can posthole - I used microspikes up to the East Ledges, but put snowshoes on afterwards as the sun and above freezing temps were definitely softening the snow and I didn't want to add to the postholes. I left them on for the rest of the hike, though the snowshoes were overkill after summitting as the trail down was mostly in shade and thus firmer. |
