Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Ravine rd between the 2 gates is very icy, as is the parking area. We parked diagonally to the left snow bank next to the other 5 cars at 11am. On the return at 4pm, it was the only car left in the parking area but it had moved about 10ft to the middle of the road. Not sure what caused this, combination of warm temps on an icy surface or prankster? No harm done.

Comments
Comments: Great day for the Moose- the hardest section to navigate was the road/parking area (noted above). Trails are in great shape with a hard snow pack, used light traction until 3200 ft elev, then switched to snow shoes, and back to micros beyond the tree line.
Saw only 3 hikers all day, and had the summit to ourselves.
