Saw several. They were all having the best day ever. |

Black hat, black mitten, and faded pink (?) dog leash at the trailhead sign. A set of black ski poles leaning against a tree near the trailhead. Another hiker mentioned he lost the basket off his pole, but I didn’t find it. |

Couldn’t have asked for better conditions. Spikes car to car. Trail is packed, fast, and very crunchy. Some minor icy spots starting to appear as the day wore on, likely due to the amount of traffic on the trail today, but otherwise it’s as close to perfect as it gets. |
