	Date of Hike:	Sunday, February 19, 2023

	Parking/Access Road Notes:	Small parking area; on-street fills up by 10

	Surface Conditions:	Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Snow - Wet/Sticky, Snow/Ice - Postholes

	Recommended Equipment:	Light Traction

	Water Crossing Notes:	One very minor water crossing - easy to stay dry

	Trail Maintenance Notes:	Trail is in great shape; easy to follow, well blazed

	Dog-Related Notes:	Saw two pups having an awesome day on the mountain!

	Comments:	Perfect weather and perfect trail conditions. Trail is super packed in. Its almost all hard pack snow and a bit of ice. Easy to get around the few bare spots. Recommend micros from the car to the peak and back - anything more than that would be overkill right now. The snow was getting a bit slushy on the descent thanks to this unreal weather we are having but the trail remains in amazing shape.
