 | Comments: |
Lots of bare ground on the south, east, and west sides of the mountain; a pretty dramatic difference from when I was nearby on Temple Mtn. recently.
Where there was snow, the depth was very minimal. There were some icy spots but all could be avoided with mindful foot placement.
Once again the mostly sunny forecast turned out to be overcast skies, which seems to be a trend recently. Still a great day out and Raymond Trail is a much quieter route than the Miller State Park approaches. |
