About 6" of powder from the Wednesday/Thursday storm on top of the existing base. A snowshoer broke out Old Mountain Road (they turned north on Crawford Ridgepole); with my set of tracks, it's still not too well consolidated.
Crawford Ridgepole south to the summit had significant drifting in places; a few about 3 feet deep. My tracks were drifting over in minutes with this afternoon's wind.
No tracks south of Livermore or on the 113 side of Old Mountain Road.
Windy afternoon with temperatures dropping out of the teens. |
