Trail was in good shape - no blowdowns or obstructions. |

Alas, no dogs Saturday. I think this would be a great trail for a reasonably fit dog, but I know some dogs are inclined to chase motorized squirrels so note that the hiking trail does cross or run next to a snowmobile trail in multiple places. |

Beautiful hike! The trail was bare-bootable, but easier in microspikes. I did wear my snowshoes on the way down. [easiest and most considerate way to hike this in winter!] |
