The road to the trailhead was not plowed. Enough vehicles had driven on it and it was packed enough. There is room for about 4 cars. The lot on Route 2 by the Irving Station had been plowed prior to the latest 3 inches of snow. |

The trail to Starr King and Waumbek was in great shape. There was a few inches of new snow on the trail and we wore snowshoes to pack it down. The snow covered trees were beautiful and it was a perfect day to be outside. |
