 | Comments: |
The Mt Potash Trail is broken out. The first 500 ft of elevation are pretty firm at this point, but the top 1000' are more powdery, probably due to colder temps and drifting. Sunny spots near the top are soft and sticky. The river crossing is well bridged. Total of 9 people summited today. You really need snowshoes if you want to avoid a suffer-fest. The Downes Brook Trail, the ski loop, and the Potash logging road are all unbroken. |
