Nice to have a large parking lot (Waterville Valley ski resort) - and a bathroom to use! |

Aside from 2 minor crossings at the beginning of the trail, all frozen and covered with snow. |

Met several large well-behaved dogs. |

Nice trail. Well marked. Barebooted for the first 1/4 m, then switched to snowshoes as at that point there was still lots of unpacked snow from the snowfall last week and the trail was getting mucked up from hikers wearing boots / microspikes / using butt sleds. |
