 | Comments: |
Crawford path was packed powder. Though we carried snowshoes, traction (Hillsounds) was sufficient. The surface was a bit soft but no post holes created as long as one stayed on the trail. If you are going beyond Pierce snowshoes should be carried. Although we did not go beyond Pierce, past experience and what we heard about the trail toward Eisenhower indicated the need for snowshoes. |
