Beautiful day for a hike. There were 4 of us in snowshoes for the whole trip which were definitely necessary. Don't be fooled by the somewhat firm conditions at the beginning of the trail. It softens up quickly. We broke out the trail to Allen's ledge. Saw about 8 other hikers. All had snowshoes, some carrying them(?). |
