Arrived at 8:30 am and we were the third and fourth cars in. Two more arrived within a few minutes. When we returned to our cars at 12:30, the lot was full and a few cars were parked along the road. |

Trails were in fantastic conditions this morning — no blowdowns at all. |

Saw four happy dogs while we were on the trails. |

We noticed a black Blender Bottle that had been placed against the trail sign at the parking lot. It was still there when we got back to our cars at the end of the hike. |

Ascent to South Doublehead via Old Path is super steep but the snowshoes with televators made the climb much easier. Gorgeous bluebird day out there! |
