Wow was there a lot of people out today. We picked this day to hike iso a few weeks back, worked out it was just recently tracked out and the iso express was done all winter it sounds like. We did snowshoes all the way up and down. It was very soft but thankfully rarely clumped. We were in short sleeves A few times in the day but nice track out for sure (again just too soft for comfort with barebooting… a few put some big holes in) we saw many familiar faces and did the 10.5 miles quite decent if I say so. We broke for food, laughs, and people out as many people were out. Little windy on the summit when we went to go leave but then again good after that. |
