Comments
Comments: Dumped my gear at east inlet road and then drove half mile to deer mt.parking. wore sneakers on icy road, from young store north it was icy from snow slush from night before and the frost heaves are hell. Short cut appears to be abandoned so I skied the road all the way to about 7.5 mile where I started bushwack where ditch was no longer deep and I saw a birch tree. Snow was deep in places but mostly I sunk four to 8 inches. High up trees heavy with snow. Surprised I could actually open this canister, no one there since last November signed in. Snowmobile noise loud coming from salmon/border swath, ya wow. Easy to follow track down to my skis. Ski back was fast. Whoopty dew another winter 200.
