Comments
Comments: Trails are very muddy because of the recent warm weather. Valley Way was slush, compact slush and packed snow above the Lower Bruin to just below Madison summit(Osgood Trail). Below the Lower Bruin, the above named trails were very muddy due to the thawing of the ground and melting of snow. Gaiters recommended. Microspikes used above the Lower Bruin on the Valley Way.
