Comments
Comments: Crawford Path to Pierce is a hard-packed highway. The short stretch up Pierce on the WC Trail has a primary packed route that is way off, with braiding. Please keep right on the ascent as the errant routes pass through some sensitive alpine habitat, which will have impact as it melts out. Crawford Path between Pierce and Eisenhower is choppy, particularly where it has been drifted in. Mt. Eisenhower Loop is completely snow-covered and packed. We started in snowshoes but switched to spikes early on and kept them on for the duration.
Just a beautiful hike with Chris with great views and warm sunshine.
