I'm continuing to avoid shoulder season in the mountains by staying down here in southern New Hampshire. Why beat myself up? :D
I'd never been here before so this was all new territory. Loop Trail is a nice long circuit around the preserve with some attractive pond and wetland scenery. The summits of Blodgett and Horse hills are viewless. Be alert for fast-moving mountain bikers on these trails!
All of these trails are bare and dry with just a few spots of mud. |
