Comments
Comments: Hard packed trail early this morning called for hillsounds today, lots of ice going up falling waters and lots of ice upper Greenleaf but manageable with sharp spikes or hillsounds. Alot of exposed rock on ridge but enough snow and ice to keep spikes on .Mono rail setting up , still alot of snow on upper trails, getting soft around 11 am on descent but still hard enough for spikes. Quiet day on ridge, sunny with a Crisp wind that whipped up on higher summits of Lincoln and Lafayette, otherwise warm in the sun.Snow will soften and snow shoes will be best this week as temperatures rise .
