Great way to spend Easter. Spikes start to finish. Took my snow shoes but didn’t need them. Stay in the middle of the packed trail and you’re fine. Always a good idea to take the shoes just in case this time of year. By 1:00 near end of hike surface snow was softening but still supported me. Gonna be a warm week. Trail should start to deteriorate. A few spots showing signs of monorail just starting to form. |
