 | Comments: |
We hiked for sunrise, started around 3:30am and wore micro spikes the whole time. The summit had plenty of bare/slightly muddy spots. The middle of the trail was pretty stable, but if you stepped to the side you’d posthole. We were back to the parking lot by 8am and were fine descending in our spikes. Saw a few people who were heading up and most wore spikes and had snowshoes with them. They’ll likely be needed once it warms up! |
