Comments
Comments: The view from the ledge was insane today due to the recent snow dusting on the presidentials! Snow on this trail begin at about 2300 feet elevation, which was about the top .7 miles of this trip. The monorail has become a narrow balance beam that is rotting away quickly, so I would implore you to try this early in the morning after a freeze, and pack those microspikes and poles. [or bring snowshoes!]
