Lost and Found: There was a tent that seemed abandoned off the trail around 3.5 miles in. I didn’t check it out up close.

Comments: Liberty Woods Trail, Osseo Trail, Franconia Ridge Trail

Bare boots until just before mile 4. Mostly dry trail with a little mud. Spikes the rest of the way. Solid monorail on the way up, softer on the way down. Some ladders were bare, some had snow and ice, and the last long one was completely covered in snow. Mix of packed snow and monorail after the ladders to the summit, with a few post holes. Softer on the way down. Snowshoes just went for the ride today. Beautiful day!
