Comments
Comments: First time up Indian Head since the lot closed for snowmobile access this year. Trail in great condition, although a few huge blow downs have occurred. Snow is almost completely melted out at the top of each trail, navigable without spikes. Was raining the whole time, but nice to run this loop again.

We did a loop with flume gorge at the end, but as a note, this trail is closed from tomorrow (April 24) until may 12, and then is ticket entry only until November ish. If looping this, rather than running back on Rte 3, there's a trail from the south end of the flume gorge parking lot, on the east side of the road which links to Indian Head resort. It was pretty muddy today since it was during a downpour, but in great condition. There's one bridge which is nearly rotted through though - hope they fix it this season.
