Trails in good shape. One blow down; easy to get around. |

Coop had a blast; plenty of water for pups. Easy trail for pups. |

Not as muddy as I anticipated. Nice quick hike to the falls which had a good flow. Some remnants of the ice that usually surrounds the falls in winter, but most is already gone. Stopped at shelter for snack and noticed that several of the surrounding birch trees were dying; seemed to be due to the bark stripped from the lower trunks. |
