Water Crossing Notes: Tiny unbridged brooks can be hopped

Trail Maintenance Notes: A few deadfalls including large leaner on Upper Bridle Path, all avoidable Plugged culvert on Cold Spring Trail, tried to clear by hand but needs shovel
