Parked in the signed lot on Route 124 directly across from the entrance to the old Windblown cross-country ski area. Room for 6 cars, but the lot was filled up with road paving equipment. I parked on the far right side. The equipment was not used today. |

 | Comments: |
If I was just hiking up Temple Mt, I would park on Temple Road. The stretch of the Wapack from Rt 124 to Temple Road was wet, a dirt road, and a paved road. After Temple Road the trail is dry and quite nice. The section called the Cabot Skyline has views in both direction and is a nice ridge walk mainly on ledges. |
