The section between the summit of Temple and the thrones has had some serious damage done. The trail is clear, but the forest is trashed. Friends of the Wapack have done a great job cleaning up the mess. |

They’re coming…they were swarming pretty good in the parking lot when I got done. |

Very surprised at how dry the trail was. Even the notorious “always muddy” sections between Temple and Holt were 98% dry.
Obviously, that will change after this week, but it was a pleasant surprise.
Small pack and trail runner season is alive and well on the Wapack! |
