 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parked on road off 110 (Berlin) across from the self storage. Stopped at first gate since I didn't want to take my low car further up a rough rd, but there is more space up the hill at the second gate. |

 | Comments: |
Continued up the ATV trail (Powerline, turbine, bathtub, kilowatt) to the windmills. Climbed the embankment between #1&2 to search for path (herd / skidder) to take me to the summit. Followed herd path to the clearing, then further tot he summit. Register easy to locate. Returned down skidder road that brought me to the embankment above #3. Carefully made way down embankment (looks like moose must be using this route). Lots & lots of moose activity near the summit. Was thinking of bagging Sugar, but it seemed the weather was turning so after walking about half a mile further on the ATV trails, I decided it may be best to head down. |
