Bottom of Monroe Brook now open water and waterfalls; snow bridges either collapsed or collapsing. |

One Head softshell inner glove found on Jewell trail. Meant to leave it at the trail head, but forgot. If it's yours, I'm happy to mail it. LMK. |

Presidential ridge Clay, Monroe, Great Gulf
Jewell, Airplane Gully, Westside, Monroe Brook
Jewell trail completely free of snow & ice up to about 4.5k', then skinnable monorail to tree line, then mostly rock with patches of snow. West side trail was rock-stepping skinnable. Airplane Gully & Monroe Brook were in great spring skiable conditions, though the exit from Monroe Brook was sketchy and is likely now unpassable given the current rain. |
