Comments
Comments: What a great hike! The road walk in was a good warm up and even the Sugarloaf Trail was pretty mellow except for a one or two brief steep spots. The split rock in the trail and ladder up to Middle were unique features on the trail. The real star of the show yesterday were the views of snow covered Washington across the way. We spent about 20 mins on each peak soaking up the sun and loving the views. Hard to say which peak had better views but we might give the edge to North. Great bang for our buck yesterday, and as always met a lot of friendly people also enjoying such a superb day.

The biggest surprise was that there was very little mud on the trail after all the rain we've had!
