Park on church street and then walk down either promenade and through the gravel pit to the trailhead, or go behind the fire station? at the end of church street and down the power line. Both are well marked. Follow the yellow blazes. |

A few down trees, but nothing you can't easily step over for go around. |

Great hike for a dog. Wish i'd brought my pup today. |

Black flies are out unfortunately. Not horrendous, but there. |

 | Comments: |
Nice gradual incline. Make sure you take all the little side paths to the views once you near the summent. Especially to the "chapel" which is fantastic. There is a nice ledge and view a hundred feet or so past the remnants of the fire tower. |
